Spiced Orange Lip Balm is handmade in Toronto with a nourishing blend of shea butter, cocoa butter, beeswax, jojoba oil, and castor oil, scented with sweet orange, ginger, and clove essential oils and a touch of vanilla. The result is a warm, gently spiced citrus scent, bright orange up top with cozy ginger and clove underneath and a soft vanilla finish, like a clove-studded orange by the fire.

We keep the spice deliberately soft. Clove and ginger are used in just a whisper, so the balm feels warming and festive without any of the tingle or heat that stronger spice oils can bring to delicate lips.

Ingredients that make a difference

Sweet Orange Essential Oil - A bright, uplifting citrus note, cold-pressed from the peel, that gives the balm its cheerful lift.

Ginger Essential Oil - Adds a warm, softly spicy depth that makes the blend feel cozy rather than sharp.

Clove Bud Essential Oil - Brings that classic mulled, festive warmth without being overwhelming.

Vanilla Oleoresin - Rounds everything out with a soft, comforting sweetness that ties the citrus and spice together.

Each balm is packaged in a compostable paperboard tube, reducing plastic waste without sacrificing quality. Once finished, simply compost the packaging.

Plastic-Free Packaging

Our lip balms come in sturdy, biodegradable paper push-up tubes designed to minimize waste. Each tube holds 11 g of balm, nearly twice the volume of many conventional lip balms, so you get more use from every tube.
The tubes are made from responsibly sourced paperboard and are fully compostable after use.

Once the paper has been in contact with the balm, home or municipal composting is the right end of life for it, where it breaks down naturally instead of sitting in a landfill. The simple, lightweight design is easy to carry and replaces plastic entirely. It's one more way we work to reduce waste in every part of our products.
