At Eternal Sunday, we know how important it is for your orders to arrive quickly and in great condition. After all, we’ve poured our hearts into creating these products for you. We’re committed to making sure that every delivery is smooth, sustainable, and as environmentally friendly as possible. 🌱

As we grow, we’re always looking for ways to improve our shipping process to better serve you. For now, we deliver only within Canada 🇨🇦, but we hope to expand in the future!

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping (Canada-wide):
We’ve partnered with Canada Post and Purolator to bring your orders to you safely, no matter where you are in Canada. You’ll see several shipping options at checkout, so you can pick the one that works best for you:

Canada Post Options:

  • Regular Parcel: The most budget-friendly option for non-urgent deliveries, typically arriving within 2-9 business days. Includes tracking.
  • Expedited Parcel: A step up from Regular Parcel, offering faster delivery in 1-7 business days, along with tracking.
  • Xpresspost: A quicker option for time-sensitive deliveries, arriving in 1-3 business days with tracking and on-time delivery guarantees.
  • Priority: The fastest and most premium option, delivering your order the next day in most major Canadian cities. Includes tracking and on-time delivery guarantees.

Purolator Options:

  • Purolator Ground®: A reliable and cost-effective option for standard deliveries, typically arriving within 1-7 business days. Includes tracking.
  • Purolator Express®: A fast and secure option for time-sensitive deliveries, offering next-day delivery to most Canadian cities. Includes tracking and on-time delivery guarantees.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the shipping method you choose. Delivery times will also be displayed during checkout, so you know what to expect.

Processing Time:
We work hard to prepare your order quickly and carefully! Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Free Local Delivery (Toronto - M4, M5, M6 Postal Codes):
If you’re in Toronto and your postal code starts with M4, M5, or M6, you’re in luck! We now offer Local Delivery as a permanent option. We will personally bring your products to you.

  • Timing: We’ll bring your order to you within 2-3 business days after confirmation. We’ll notify you when your order is on its way, so please keep an eye out for updates!
  • Instructions: To make sure your delivery goes smoothly, please share any helpful details when you check out, like buzz codes, apartment numbers, or any specific instructions. If we need more information, we’ll contact you directly to ensure your order gets to you without a hitch!

Carbon-Neutral Shipping

We know sustainability matters to you. It matters to us, too. That’s why every shipment we send is completely carbon-neutral, thanks to Shopify Planet. 🌎 It’s just one more way we’re working to make a positive impact.

Sustainable Packaging

We’re proud to say that all our packaging is plastic-free. Everything is compostable or recyclable, so you can feel good about choosing Eternal Sunday. We’d love it if you could recycle or compost our packaging once you’re done with it. It’s one more way we can protect the planet together! ♻️

Order Tracking and Delivery Issues

We’ll always keep you updated on your order. Once it’s on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow its journey right to your door. If there are any delivery issues, don’t hesitate to reach out. You can count on us to ensure it arrives safely!

  • Missed Deliveries: If you miss a delivery, don’t worry—just contact the courier or check their instructions for pickup options.
  • Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@eternalsunday.ca within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue quickly.
  • Returned Packages: If your package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or wasn’t picked up, we’ll work with you to get it sent out again, but a small reshipping fee may apply.
  • Delivery Delays: While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, occasional delays may happen during high-demand periods. Thanks for your patience and understanding!
  • Refunds and Returns: For questions about refunds related to missed deliveries or returned packages, refer to our Refund and Return Policy or contact us.
