We’ve poured care into creating high-quality products that minimize environmental impact, and we hope they bring joy to your life. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help while keeping waste reduction in mind. 🌱
Mindful Returns and Refunds
Tried It, Didn’t Love It?
We believe that every return shipment carries an environmental cost. If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, please reach out to us at contact@eternalsunday.ca right away. We’ll work with you to find a resolution, whether it’s advice on how to use the product, a replacement, or another solution. In the rare case that we can’t resolve your concerns, you may need to return the product to us for a refund (shipping costs may apply).
Non-Returnable Items:
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, soaps, lip balms, and other personal care items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons. Sale items and gift cards are also final sale.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, let us know within 48 hours of delivery at contact@eternalsunday.ca. Include your order number and photos, and we’ll take care of the issue, often without needing a return.
Our Approach to Refunds
Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis to minimize waste while ensuring your satisfaction:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval.
- It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- In some cases, store credit may be offered as an alternative.
If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, email us at contact@eternalsunday.ca, and we’ll help.
Reducing Environmental Impact with Returns
At Eternal Sunday, we strive to minimize the environmental footprint of return shipments. When returns are necessary:
- We’ll provide instructions on how to ship the product back to us, ensuring proper disposal or recycling where possible.
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.
If returning an item isn’t necessary, we may recommend alternative solutions, such as repurposing, recycling, or composting products to minimize environmental impact. By working together, we can ensure that every step, from shopping to returns, aligns with our mission to reduce waste. ♻️
